Jing'an Global Connect, located in the core business area of West Nanjing Road in Jing'an district, helps expand services for enterprises and professionals across the district.

With upgraded service capacity, the center has launched five major service measures to better meet the evolving needs of enterprises and professionals.

I. Self-service printing

The center now offers self-service printing to streamline document preparation. Visitors can independently print or copy various application materials on-site, eliminating the need to travel back and forth between their workplace and the service window due to formatting or content issues.

II. Extended service hours

The service windows have innovatively introduced a "three-fives" refined service mechanism:

- Arrive five minutes earlier: Staff members will arrive earlier to organize workflows and prepare materials, ensuring a punctual and efficient reception.

- Stay five seconds after completing a service case: Staff members will inquire about applicants' further needs or assistance, ensuring the service process is fully completed.

- Close windows five minutes later: During peak hours or when an applicant's case is not yet finished, staff members will not refuse unfinished applications simply because it is closing time.

III. Sample document service

To address unclear material requirements and frequent errors, the center provides sample copies of all required documents for talent-related applications at the service windows, including standardized sample forms, supporting documents, and attachments. Dedicated staff members explain the sample documents, guiding applicants on formatting, content requirements, and other specifications, reducing mistakes and the need for repeated revisions.

IV. One-on-one guidance

For applicants unfamiliar with the procedures, dedicated staff offer full-cycle, one-on-one guidance on-site. They explain the entire process, required materials, and key considerations, and provide step‑by‑step support from consultation and document pre‑review to form completion, system operation, and application submission. Staff members also answer questions and resolve issues, ensuring applications can be completed smoothly.

V. Silent queuing system

The center has implemented a silent queuing system, replacing traditional manual announcements with electronic display boards, SMS reminders, and pop‑up notifications on service terminals. This helps create a quieter, more orderly, and more comfortable environment, minimizes distractions for both applicants and staff, and better safeguards applicants' personal information.

Through these five targeted measures, Jing'an Global Connect will continue to enhance the local business environment, offering a convenient location, comprehensive facilities, and refined services designed to meet the evolving needs of enterprises and professionals.
