25th Shanghai International College-Student Advertising Festival opens
The 25th Shanghai International College-Students Advertising Festival was held at the Shanghai International Resort on July 15, providing Chinese and international students with more opportunities for employment, exchange, and entrepreneurship.
The event, focused on unearthing and cultivating creative talent for society, has attracted students from more than 700 universities to showcase their work. The winning entries will be exhibited at Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia.
Themed around "Fun, Open, and Creating," the festival facilitated international academic exchanges and creative collaboration. It featured one-person company (OPC) incubation, including start-up funds, brand collaborations, and employment referrals, as well as a Global Youth Creative Camp for students to explore Shanghai’s creative industries during their internships.
The event launched "Guangcaitong," the first all-in-one platform for advertising talent employment and temporary recruitment, to facilitate young students' job-seeking.
Three talent cultivation programs were unveiled for the AI-powered digital advertising sector: the Global Youth Creative Camp, an OPC incubation base, and the China (Pudong) Youth AI Festival.
The Pudong AI Digital Advertising Empowering Brands OPC Incubation Base was launched, providing spaces, funding, and brand support for students' OPC start-ups.
