The Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center, SHIAC), a leading institution in China's international commercial arbitration landscape, has relocated to a new office to better serve global business entities.

The new office is located on floors 12 to 15 of Tower 2, CPIC Xintiandi Commercial Center, at No 288 South Xizang Road in Huangpu district.

The new office features state-of-the-art hearing facilities and arbitration collaboration solutions that align with international standards.

It is conveniently accessible via public transportation. Metro lines 8 and 10 stop at Laoximen Station, just a 500-meter walk from Exit 5 to the new office. Several bus routes, such as 781, 23, 17, 109, and 932, also serve the area. Drivers can use the building's underground parking facility.

With the opening of the new office, SHIAC has ceased operations at its previous locations at 7-8F, Jinling Building, No 28 West Jinling Road, and Room 2101, No 5 Alley 255 Dongyu Road.

For cases originally scheduled at the former addresses, SHIAC will coordinate with all parties and arbitrators to reschedule and relocate hearings, with notifications to follow promptly.

Parties involved in arbitration proceedings are encouraged to utilize SHIAC's digital platform for case management. For in-person inquiries, hearings, or material submissions, the new office is ready to accommodate visitors.

SHIAC is reachable at +86-21-6387 5588 or via email at info@shiac.org. Further details are available on its official website at www.shiac.org.

Visitors planning to conduct business at the new location are advised to prepare necessary documents in advance. A temporary visitor registration can be completed by scanning the QR code, which is valid for the day of the visit.
