Lu Shan, male, Han ethnicity, was born in May 1972. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a doctorate in management.

Duties

Lu Shan's responsibilities cover:

- Commerce;

- Foreign investment and foreign trade;

- Veteran affairs;

- Foreign affairs;

- Taiwan-related affairs;

- Women and children's affairs;

- Development of the Hongqiao International Central Business District;

- China International Import Expo.

 

Lu Shan supervises the following government departments:

- Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce (Shanghai Municipal Office for Port Services)

- Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Veteran Affairs

- Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government)

- Taiwan Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government

 

Lu Shan also maintains communication with mass organizations, including the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, and the Shanghai Women's Federation.
