Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board ("Invest Shanghai" hereafter) was founded by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government as a professional two-way investment promotion agency offering multiple public investment services such as consultation, liaison and investigation.

While promoting foreign projects to settle in Shanghai, it also assists Shanghai's enterprises in landing their projects in overseas markets.
