A: Regarding the validity of the official veterinary health certificate:

According to Shanghai Customs, transit itself will not affect the certificate's validity, provided that the required clinical examination was conducted within 14 days before arrival in China and the certificate otherwise remains valid.

After verification, the latest list of laboratories whose rabies antibody test results are accepted by the General Administration of Customs of China includes the University of Missouri Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (USA).
