Shanghai has released the Action Plan to Focus on Enhancing Enterprises' Experience and Continuously Building a World-class Business Environment. Known as Action Plan 8.0, it outlines action measures centered around five key areas: aligning reforms with World Bank B-READY standards, optimizing overall services for enterprises, optimizing enterprise-related regulatory inspections, strengthening the community-level foundation of business environment, and fostering a favorable social environment.
