Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China

Chinese lawmakers passed a revised version of the anti-unfair competition law to drive a fair and orderly market environment. Its five chapters include general provisions, acts of unfair competition, investigation of suspected violations, legal liabilities and supplementary provisions.
