Provisions of Shanghai Municipality on the Procedures for the Recall and By-Election of Deputies to People's Congresses at All Levels

These provisions are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and rules, and in the light of the actual circumstances of Shanghai, to standardize and institutionalize the recall and by-election of deputies to People's Congresses at all levels.
