Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Promoting the Development of Family Farms
The regulations are formulated with a view to ensuring the healthy development of the family farms in Shanghai, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the family farms, giving full play to the role of family farms as an entity of agricultural operation, promoting agricultural efficiency, increasing the farmers' income, promoting rural development and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategies.
