Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on Supervision and Management of Rural Collective Assets
The regulations apply to the activities of management and supervision of rural collective assets in Shanghai. They are formulated with a view to strengthening and standardizing the supervision and management of rural collective assets, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the rural collective economic organizations and their members, supporting and promoting the sustainable development of rural collective economy.
