Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

The procedures are applicable to the setup, operation, relevant support, management and other activities of the farmers’ professional cooperatives in Shanghai, with a view to standardizing the organization and acts of the farmers' professional cooperatives, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the farmers' professional cooperatives and their members, encouraging, supporting and guiding the high-quality development of the farmers' professional cooperatives, and promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategies.
