Several Provisions of Shanghai Municipality on Promoting Agricultural Scientific and Technological Progress

The provisions apply to agricultural scientific research and technological development, transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, agricultural technology promotion and training, and related management activities. They are formulated with a view to promoting the progress of agricultural science and technology, advancing the comprehensive rural revitalization and agriculture and rural area modernization.
