Implementation Rules for Application for Shanghai Residence Permit

These rules are formulated on the basis of the Procedures for the Administration of Shanghai Residence Card, with a view to further normalizing the residence registration as well as the application for the Shanghai residence permit for Chinese mainland migrants to Shanghai.
