The district's human resources and social security bureau provides job recommendations, skills training, and other services to help bridge the gap between jobseekers and employers.

A college graduate service action plan has been unveiled, with dedicated employment service staff assigned to help jobseekers. They monitor graduates' job searches, pay them regular visits, and offer general support.

By August, over 70 percent of unemployed college graduates in the district had secured employment.

Wang, who recently graduated from the Shanghai Institute of Commerce and Foreign Languages, successfully secured a job thanks to the guidance provided by a paired employment service worker.

Changning has also organized job fairs to make it easier for jobseekers to find work.

Through a public employment service system, the district also provides tailored assistance to disadvantaged graduates struggling to find jobs.
