The 3E (Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise) Fair was held on Oct 26 in Shanghai.

The fair — which is in line with the principles of environmental, social and governance or ESG leadership — was held at the Gubei Civic Center in Changning district, following the fourth ESG Global Leaders Conference.

Established in 2020, the 3E Fair has garnered widespread acclaim for its commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit and enterprise development.

It's drawn the participation of over 80 teams representing more than 40 countries through its entrepreneurship competition.

Winners of the competition are granted the opportunity to register their companies with the backing of the Hongqiao subdistrict in Changning, providing a launching pad for their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Amid strong competition, seven teams hailing from Germany, Colombia, Russia, Ireland and other regions emerged as finalists — after engaging in three months of rigorous contests, competing against a total of 17 groups from 13 countries and regions.

The culmination of their efforts was showcased at the 3E Fair.

Beyond the competition, the fair featured a wide array of events aimed at fostering dialogue, knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities.

Attendees had the chance to engage in round-table conversations, attend themed speeches on pertinent industry topics, participate in interactive board games and benefit from recruitment counseling sessions aimed at connecting talent with promising career opportunities.
