I. Transfer application period

From Jan 14, 2025 (Tuesday) to Feb 12, 2025 (Wednesday)

 

II. Transfer methods

Parents of students who wish to transfer to schools in Changning district must carefully read the "Relevant Instructions for Transfer Applications for the Compulsory Education Stage in Changning District" (refer to Attachment 1) to understand the transfer conditions. Submit all required application materials as instructed. These will be reviewed by staff. Upon approval, arrangements will be made accordingly. Parents will be notified of the assigned transfer school by Feb 16 for registration procedures.

 

1. Elementary School Transfers (On-site application)

Reception hours: From 9 am to 11 am and from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Parents should bring all necessary application materials (originals and copies) during the designated times to complete the transfer application procedures.

For residents of Jiangsu subdistrict, Huayang subdistrict, Zhouqiao subdistrict (excluding Tianshan Riverside, Yanlord Riverside Gardens, and Tianshan Huating communities), Tianshan subdistrict (excluding Tianshan Ercun community), Xinhua subdistrict, and Hongqiao subdistrict (excluding Hongchu, Hongxu, and Hongmei communities), please visit the first floor of Fudan Primary School Children's Palace in Changning district at No 186 Fahuazhen Road to complete the transfer application procedures.

For residents of Xinjing town, Beixinjing subdistrict, Xianxia subdistrict, Chengqiao subdistrict, Zhouqiao subdistrict (including Tianshan Riverside, Yanlord Riverside Gardens, and Tianshan Huating communities), Tianshan subdistrict (Tianshan Ercun community), and Hongqiao subdistrict (including Hongchu, Hongxu, and Hongmei communities), please go to the first floor of the Safety Management Center of the Changning District Bureau of Education at No 242 East Xinyu Road to complete the transfer application procedures.

Parents of students who are foreign nationals or overseas Chinese also need to fill out the application registration form (refer to Attachment 2) and bring this form, along with other application materials, to the designated locations mentioned above to complete the transfer application procedures.

 

2. Junior high school transfers (Online application)

Scan or take photos of the original application materials and send them as attachments to cnkszxzh@163.com. The email subject and the file name should be "XXX学生材料" (XXX Student Materials, XXX referring to the student's name), including the parent's contact phone number and specific residential address in the email. The staff will promptly respond upon receiving the email; there is no need to resend it.
