Changning's current projects, including the IBP, Crystal Bridge, and Hongqiao Talent Apartment (East Plot), are set to be completed this year.

IBP, a hub integrating AI, technology, media, telecoms, and internet services, is making strong progress at Linkong's No 12 plot. Mechanical and electrical systems, decorating, landscaping, and more are advancing, with inspections to begin soon, marking the final phase before completion by the third quarter.

Crystal Bridge, located in the heart of Hongqiao CBD, aligns with the area's focus on international trade and business and is strategically located at the intersection of Metro Line 2 and Line 15.

At the east plot of the Hongqiao Talent Apartment, structures are now being topped off, with rapid progress being made in exterior and interior decorations. Installation works and overall construction are being carefully managed to ensure completion by year's end.

Covering over 30,000 square meters, the Hongqiao Talent Apartment is the largest affordable rental housing project in the city's downtown area and offers more than 5,400 rental units.

The east plot, covering 120,500 square meters, will provide additional rental space and services for residents.
