ABB Electrification Technology Shanghai Co Ltd, the latest addition to the Swiss industrial group ABB in China, was inaugurated in Changning district on March 5.

This Shanghai company specializes in switches, sockets, home automation, and energy management solutions.

Mike Mustapha, president of the Smart Buildings Division at ABB Group, praised Shanghai's efficient business environment, allowing the company to get settled within nine months.

Zou Enchang, head of ABB Electric Smart Building Asia Pacific, highlighted Changning's attractiveness due to its robust technological atmosphere and digitalization efforts.

Changning district currently hosts nearly 7,000 foreign-funded enterprises and is committed to continually enhancing its business environment and industrial ecosystem. It will offer efficient, convenient, and high-quality services to support the expansion and development of businesses.
