The theatrical production Let It Flow, Let It Go, directed by Wang Jiaming, will be performed from July 18 to 20, inviting the audience to join the performers on stage for an immersive and interactive experience.

With the support of the Shanghai International Dance Center Theater, several successful physical workshops have been held previously, attracting participants from diverse backgrounds — from first-time performers to seniors and people with hearing impairments.

From these workshops, Let It Flow, Let It Go has selected seven amateur performers and five engagement guides who range in age from elderly to high school student. They will help orient audience members during the performance.

The performance is arranged in six segments. According to the production's guidelines, the audience is encouraged to move freely during the performance, exploring every corner of the stage at their leisure. They can either follow the interplay of light and shadow, or retreat to corners for deep breaths, immersing themselves in a state of relaxation.
