Visitors can easily store and retrieve their luggage using WeChat or Alipay to scan a QR code. The storage options include small lockers for items like backpacks and shopping bags at 2 yuan (28 cents) per hour (up to 12 yuan per day), medium lockers for 18-inch suitcases at 4 yuan per hour (up to 24 yuan per day), and large lockers for 26-inch suitcases at 5 yuan per hour (up to 30 yuan per day).

The service is available during the station's regular operating hours. Passengers need to pass through security to access the lockers.

For added convenience, visitors can check the availability and status of lockers via the "Metro大都会" app. By navigating to the "storage cabinet" option on the "Service" page, users can select their desired line and station to find detailed information about locker locations and capacities.
