Shanghai's "Fashion 100+" list for 2025 has just been released, spotlighting a new wave of design-forward spaces, from heritage quarters to contemporary art venues and next-gen retail hubs. Two destinations in Changning made the list, each offering a unique experience for visitors seeking a must-see stop.

Located off Xinhua Road, Columbia Circle has become a favorite for architecture lovers and urban explorers. Its first phase, opened in 2018, revitalized a cluster of vintage buildings, transforming them into a stylish destination with a quietly nostalgic atmosphere.

The second phase opened to the public in 2024, marking a major expansion. Five new low-rise structures were added, embracing a clean Bauhaus-inspired industrial look.

Shanghai's century-old landmark WYSH Feiyueli has been renovated from the former Feilo Acoustics factory, once home to China's first listed electronics brand. The renovation preserved original features such as its red-brick facades, while infusing the area with cultural, creative, and tech-driven elements.
