The 15th National Games of the People's Republic of China were held throughout Guangdong province, Hong Kong, and Macao from Nov 9 to 21. Tang Qianting, a native of Shanghai's Changning district, concluded her campaign with two gold medals and a silver.

On the final day of the swimming events, Tang claimed gold at the women's 50m breaststroke with a time of 30 seconds. Together with her earlier victory in the women's 100m breaststroke, she secured a breaststroke "double crown" at this year's National Games. Tang also earned silver in the women's 200m breaststroke and joined the relay squad to finish second in the 4×100m medley, rounding out her competition with a standout performance.
