Changning unveils new pet-friendly parks
Two popular parks in Shanghai's Changning district have opened to pets, offering residents more welcoming spaces to enjoy the outdoors with their animals.
Gubei Citizen Park
As a pet-friendly pilot site, Gubei Citizen Park adopts a flexible management approach. During off-peak hours, designated lawns are opened for pets, allowing nearby residents and pet owners to form a tacit "off-peak sharing" routine. The park is also considering adding more pet-friendly facilities based on community feedback.
