Crystal Bridge, a major mixed-use development in the core commercial areas of Changning district, completed construction and was handed over on Nov 21. Backed by over 8 billion yuan ($1.13 billion) in investment, the project introduces a multi-level urban layout that integrates office, retail, and public spaces.

As one of the flagship initiatives under Changning's 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25), the project was co-developed by Tishmen Speyer, New Changning Group, and Mitsubishi Estate, with architecture firm NBBJ leading the overall planning. A series of skybridges connect five Grade-A office towers with commercial areas, while design elements such as a geometric facade, elevated gardens, and an open-air theater shape a compact but flexible business environment.

Crystal Bridge is making solid progress in both office and retail leasing. The office cluster focuses on digital-economy and international-trade enterprises, attracting tenants including Lalamove's East China headquarters, several multinational trade organizations, and emerging commerce firms. The retail section brings in a mix of dining, lifestyle, hobby, and social leisure brands, contributing to the continued upgrade of the Tianshan-Gubei commercial area.
