IBP Hongqiao Shangcheng, located at the intersection of Beizhai Road and Xiehe Road in Shanghai's Changning district, has recently been completed. The complex integrates headquarters offices, research and development facilities, cultural and sports amenities, and commercial services.

With a total area of 450,000 square meters, the project comprises three research buildings, eight office buildings, an exhibition hall, and a cultural and sports center covering nearly 6,000 square meters.

The architectural design features a continuous facade stretching approximately 1,050 meters. Subtle variations in light and shadow create a flowing, water-inspired visual effect, echoing the project’s design concept of a "rhythmic oasis". Nearly 20,000 square meters of landscaped gardens are woven into the complex, alongside elevated walkways, sunken courtyards, and framed balconies that connect office spaces with natural surroundings. A green corridor extending more than one kilometer runs through the site, with seasonal vegetation and a jogging path providing space for relaxation and exercise.

The cultural and sports center includes a multi-purpose hall on the first and second floors, suitable for basketball, badminton, sports training, exhibitions, and events. The third floor houses a city reception space designed to accommodate a range of business and public activities.

Hongqiao Uptown has obtained both WELL Platinum certification and China's three-star green building certification, reflecting its emphasis on health, sustainability, and efficient use of space.
