"It's absolutely amazing!" said Sonia from Italy and Rene from Germany after spending a day exploring Shanghai's Changning district.

The two international students from Tongji University joined an immersive tour of the district, experiencing firsthand Changning's unique blend of its "happiness economy" and diverse charm. Their journey took them from a heartwarming mass wedding ceremony in Zhongshan Park to the first themed exhibition of the Shanghai International Film & TV Festival and finally to the historical streets of Xinhua Road.

Along the way, they sampled Italian cuisine, explored Shanghai's historical alleys, browsed the lively Happiness Market, and soaked up Changning's distinctive atmosphere beneath the shade of plane trees.
