Changning hosts 7th intl 3E talent fair
The seventh International 3E (Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise) Fair kicked off at the Gubei Civic Center in Shanghai's Changning district on Sept 12. The event aims to build a comprehensive service platform for talent from China and abroad.
The "Hongqiao Haichuang Bay" innovation and entrepreneurship platform was officially launched at the event, offering workspace, project incubation, policy support, industry matchmaking, and services to help international talent integrate into local life.
The fair's entrepreneurship focus continued with an innovation and entrepreneurship workshop, which explored the skills needed to launch and grow businesses overseas. It gave aspiring entrepreneurs opportunities to learn, exchange ideas, and connect with relevant resources.
The event also featured a job fair, where more than 20 key regional and foreign-invested companies, including Spring Airlines, KDlink Technology, Michelin China, and Bosch China, offered over 400 positions to talent from China and abroad.
Since its launch in 2020, the annual International 3E Fair has attracted more than 350 companies and nearly 6,000 participants from China and abroad. It has grown into a platform that connects global resources, brings together talent from diverse backgrounds, and supports innovation and entrepreneurship.
