Shanghai Film Park
Shanghai Film Park stands as one of China's premier film and television bases, blending cinematic production with tourism.
The park encompasses a rich array of attractions, featuring the recreation of Nanjing Road in the 1930s, traditional shikumen alleys, European-style courtyards and churches, and the iconic Zhejiang Road Bridge. Complementing these architectural features are expansive studios, costume and prop warehouses, and set factories.
Having provided the backdrop for over 430 films and more than 980 TV dramas, Shanghai Film Park has been immortalized in beloved works, including Kung Fu Hustle, Lust, Caution, Romance in the Rain, Shanghai Grand, and Blossoms Shanghai.
Visitors to this cinematic oasis may be treated to the sighting of a live film crew in action, offering a rare glimpse into the world of filmmaking. Enhancing their experience are activities like riding a circular tram, exploring dressing rooms, and reveling in the delights of an amusement park, all designed to immerse guests in the magic of the silver screen.
It is important to note that commercial filming and advertising within the park are strictly prohibited due to the independent intellectual property rights associated with its landscapes and production scenes. Any violations will be promptly addressed by the staff, who may take immediate action or pursue legal measures as necessary.
Please be aware that occasional road closures and interruptions may occur during filming activities.
