Registration for the event has already commenced, with the registration fee set at 170 yuan ($23) per person for a single-day ride. Early bird registration before Dec 6 offers a discounted rate of 149 yuan. For participation in both legs, the registration fee is 340 yuan, with an early bird rate of 249 yuan.

The registration fee covers a race package — a drawstring bag, race number, bib, timing chip, insurance, medal, refreshments, support services, and venue access.

Participants must be aged between 16 and 65.

This cycling tour is non-competitive and does not feature individual rankings. Participants who complete the event will receive a commemorative medal. Team registrations require a minimum of three participants.

Health requirements mandate that participants be in good physical condition, regularly engage in cycling exercises, and assess their fitness levels before choosing to participate. Participants must sign an agreement before the event, taking full responsibility for their own health.

Riders are required to wear a helmet throughout the event, use bicycles equipped with brakes, and use safe and reliable bikes such as road bikes, mountain bikes, or folding bikes.
