The 2025 Shanghai Future Star Cup is set to take place from July 28 to Aug 3 at the SAIC Motor Pudong Arena.

Established in 2022, the Shanghai Future Star Cup quickly rose to prominence, becoming one of Shanghai's signature events by 2024 due to its professional management and global reach. Over the past three years, it has attracted nearly 20 top youth teams from around the world, including Real Madrid, Inter Milan, and Manchester City, fostering the integration of Shanghai's youth training system with international standards.

This year's tournament will showcase top youth teams from Europe, South America, and Asia. The host team, Shanghai, will compete against seven international powerhouse U16 teams: Manchester City FC, Chelsea FC, Olympique de Marseille, SL Benfica SAD, RB Leipzig, Fluminense FC, and Vissel Kobe.

The competition will include a total of 20 matches using a round-robin and knockout format. The championship match will be on Aug 3.

In addition to the competition, the event will also feature an "explore Shanghai" program, where young international players will be able to experience a local sports competition, enjoy a scenic night cruise, and participate in cultural exchange activities.

Tickets for the opening match (July 28) and the final (Aug 3) are priced between 50 ($6.95) and 150 yuan, with additional discounts available for group purchases. Tickets are now available on the Damai platform. Scan the QR code below to purchase.
