FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Final thrills Shanghai

The 2025 FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Final took center stage at Shanghai’s West Bund on Sept 13 and 14, drawing eight of the world's leading women's 3x3 basketball teams.

The tournament featured a stellar lineup: European powerhouses the Netherlands and their U25 squad, Spain, Romania's CS Rapid Bucharest, Canada, Mongolia's Ulaanbaatar Amazons, Azerbaijan representing the Caucasus region, and the Shanghai Redwings.

Team Canada emerged victorious, defeating Azerbaijan with a 21-12 win to claim the title.

During the tournament, FIBA and Project Redwings Sports Management signed a cooperation agreement securing Shanghai's Xuhui district as the host of the FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Final for four consecutive years, from 2025 to 2028.

At the same time, Project Redwings and the West Bund announced a strategic partnership that will drive collaboration in event operations, venue optimization, industry synergy, and brand promotion.
