The marathon, a city-focused race blending culture and urban life, will take place on March 28, inviting 7,000 participants to explore the heartbeat of Shanghai streets.
This classic route starts at Changshou Road and finishes at Suzhou Creek Half MarathonPark (East Yunling Road), showcasing riverside beauty and highlighting the harmonious connection between the city and its river.
Famous for its lively community atmosphere, the event offers a street-level running experience full of local culture, with organizers prioritizing safety and providing comprehensive support and services aligned with Shanghai Marathon standards.
Participant kits are inspired by Chinese ink painting, drawing on the river's natural curves in their design. Aid stations and a full medical support system along the course will ensure runners' health and safety throughout the race.
Runners will gather along Suzhou Creek to experience the city's vitality and create lasting memories of health, friendship, and inspiration in Shanghai.
