Jing'an gets ready for CAA 10KM Elite Series Shanghai in March
The 2026 Chinese Athletics Association 10KM Elite Series Shanghai Jing'an is set to get underway on March 22, with entries now being accepted for the race.
As a top-tier CAA-certified A1 race, the event delivers official results that count toward national amateur rankings and are listed on the World Athletics competition calendar, giving standout runners international recognition.

- 10KM elite race (men's and women's): 4,500 participants
- Family run (around 2.5 km): 300 entries
Course highlights
Starting and finishing at Daning Park, one of Shanghai's largest urban green spaces, the 10-kilometer route winds along Suzhou Creek, passes through the quiet waterways of Pengyuepu and Zoumatang, and connects parks, business zones, and innovation hubs, offering runners a taste of Jing'an's spring landscape where ecology meets urban energy.

Registration process:
Log into the registration platform → choose your race → review the waiver and agree to the health and safety pledge → fill in your details → complete payment → await the lottery draw → if selected, your entry is confirmed; if not, you receive a full refund.
