A: To streamline border procedures, China's National Immigration Administration has introduced an online arrival card system for international travelers. 

International travelers can submit their arrival information online before entering China through the NIA's official website, the Government Service Platform, the "NIA 12367" app, the "NIA 12367" WeChat or Alipay mini program, or by scanning the QR code below.
