Overlooking Jinhai Lake, J Life Coffee stands out with its unique architecture that combines contemporary and classical elements. The interior is quiet and welcoming, with a dining area facing the water — ideal for a small gathering, solo reading or simply a relaxing break by the lake.

The menu features classic beverages such as lattes, Americanos, flat whites, and mochas. A signature drink, the Yunnan Walnut Cloud Latte, is made with crushed walnuts from Yangbi county in Yunnan province. The nutty aroma offers something different from the usual coffee flavors, and each purchase supports local walnut farmers in the region.

Since 2025, the cafe has run a charity coffee program. For every latte or Americano sold, one yuan (15 cents) is donated to the local charity foundation to support the elderly and individuals with disabilities. A "charity cart" inside the shop sells affordable goods, allowing customers to contribute while they shop.
