Embracing a people-centered approach to governance, the district is dedicated to building a safe community by actively involving the public in decision-making processes.

With a keen focus on improving livelihoods and enhancing the well-being of its residents, Minhang district plans to invest in essential infrastructure and facilities that are accessible to the public.

Rural vitalization is a key priority on the district's agenda, with a focus on  developing rural areas to enhance overall community well-being.

The district is also committed to promoting ecological sustainability and emphasizing the harmonious co-existence of humanity and nature.
