The integration of talent and industrial resources will be a top priority, with an emphasis on the commercialization and industrialization of scientific breakthroughs.

Baoshan's development strategy also includes accelerating the construction of key industrial parks, such as the Wusong Innovation City and Nanda Digital Smart City Industrial Park, which will serve as models for high-end business hubs and livable communities.

Furthermore, it aims to upgrade the waterfront cruise tourism zone, enhancing its quality and services to drive the cruise industry forward.

To improve the quality of life for residents, Baoshan will focus on creating beautiful, convenient, and safe urban areas while advancing environmental protection and public services.
