Shanghai Changning District Library
The Shanghai Changning District Library, spanning a total area of 20,562.02 square meters, comprises three branches: the Tianshan Road Branch located at No 356 Tianshan Road, the Yuyuan Road Branch at No 1188 Yuyuan Road, and the Xianxia Road Branch at No 41 Xianxia Road. The library houses over 1.15 million volumes and provides nearly 2,000 seats for readers.
As a prominent digital platform and cultural exchange center in Changning district, the Tianshan Road Branch offers a wide range of services including comprehensive consultation services, newspaper and periodical reading, book borrowing, lectures, exhibitions, and international cultural exchanges.
The Yuyuan and Xianxia branches are specifically tailored to cater to children and teenagers, featuring specialized areas such as story rooms, visually impaired reading sections, digital experience labs, and parent-child reading spaces. The two branches provide comprehensive and diversified services for children aged 0 to 16.
