As the 8th China International Import Expo approaches, running from Nov 5 to 10, the Shanghai General Station of Immigration Inspection has opened 16 dedicated channels at Pudong and Hongqiao airports.

Staffed by multilingual officers, these channels are designed to ensure efficient immigration processing for CIIE attendees. They serve guests holding official invitations from the expo organizers as well as company representatives, who receive assistance from on-site staff members to facilitate a smooth arrival and clearance.

In preparation for the expo, the Shanghai General Station of Immigration Inspection has introduced eight measures to enhance services.

These include a dedicated CIIE hotline on the 12367 service platform for immigration inquiries, fast-track channels for exhibits, and on-site services such as residence permit issuance, expedited clearance registration, and briefings on immigration policies.

The 12367 CIIE hotline is now live, providing 24/7 support for expo-related immigration questions. International visitors can select their preferred language through the voice prompts, making the service more accessible and convenient.
