Conditions of acceptance:
Males under 60 years old and females under 55, who have completed the recruitment procedures.

Note:
1. The application materials should be arranged in the order specified in this guide.
2. Documents written by the applicant should be printed on A4-sized paper, while documents issued by the government and other institutions should be provided in their original size.
3. Copies of the application materials should be clear.

2.3 The following materials should be provided additionally subject to the different circumstances:
(1) Foreign applicants should bring one of the following three documents: "Shanghai Residence Permit" B Certificate, "Foreign Permanent Residence ID Card" or "Foreigner Work Permit", as well as their own passport (those holding a "Foreign Permanent Residence ID Card" do not need to provide it).
(2) Applicants who have obtained permanent (long-term) overseas residence rights should bring their passport.
Procedures:
Employers apply to the local branches of the Shanghai Municipal Administration Center for Social Insurance Affairs. The branches accept, review and process applications on the spot, providing immediate feedback on the results.

Location: Please wait in line on the ground floor, service hall of the Huangpu Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Administration Center for Social Insurance Affairs.
Address: No 265 Lujiabang Road, Xiaodongmen sub-district, Huangpu district.

Note:
1. Employers should apply to the branch where they are insured.
2. The branches may adjust the service windows based on on-site circumstances. Please refer to the actual situation.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 11:30 am, 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm (from the 5th to the 26th of each month, excluding public holidays).
