As a pet-friendly café, Sorry Dog divides its space into two areas: one for cats and one for dogs. Additionally, it provides items for pet owners to handle accidents and emergencies while out and about.

The café also offers two types of signs indicating whether pets are "touchable" or "untouchable" to avoid unwanted social interactions.

Sorry Dog also offers "human-friendly" drinks and food, including three creative signature coffees, two caffeine-free beverages, and a selection of desserts and snacks. All items are handmade daily by the shop owner using fresh ingredients.
