In addition to academic studies, international students in SUFE can also enjoy an active campus life. An annual international cultural festival is held to celebrate diverse cultures, and extra-curricular cultural activities with traditional Chinese characteristics help international students further understand Chinese culture. If students wish to make friends with similar interests, they can sign up for various cultural or sports clubs.

By offering visits to historical sites, cities, mountains and the countryside, SUFE allows international students to better understand China's history and present.
