A senior student majoring in finance noted that face-to-face interactions with HR representatives not only gave students a better understanding of corporate culture but also helped them identify their personal strengths and areas for improvement, serving as a valuable rehearsal for the job search.

HR representatives from various financial institutions addressed applicants' questions, introduced their companies, and spoke highly of the students' comprehensive qualities and professional capabilities. They generally agreed that such offline recruitment fairs are efficient and rewarding, enabling direct, effective talent matching.
