Registration opens for SHU's social innovation journey
Shanghai University will host a special research tour on Dec 26, offering international students an opportunity to explore how social issues in Shanghai are addressed through creative, community-driven approaches.
The event will take participants to the Shanghai social organization exhibition hall, where they will visit two exhibitions.
1. "Warm City, Better Governance" Achievement Exhibition
- See how a 50-kilometer public welfare walk has supported rural children, and how a simple pair of socks has reshape public perceptions.
- Discover how 100 young innovators have solved community challenges, and how complex legal knowledge is simplified.
2. "Community Sparks, City Sunshine" Feature Exhibition
- Explore how over 6,000 community organizations in Shanghai foster integration in international neighborhoods, preserve local memories, and create opportunities for local special products.
