Fudan University opens spring semester on-site visa documentation for international students
Fudan University has opened on-site visa documentation procedures for international students for the 2026 spring semester.
The session will adopt an "online appointment, offline processing" method.
Processing period: Feb 24 to Feb 28
Location: Fudan University International Student Affairs Center
Address: 4th Floor, East Main Building, Guanghua Tower, Handan Campus, Fudan University
Appointment start time: noon, Feb 14
Appointment steps:
1. Use the WeChat app to scan the QR code to enter the mini-program appointment channel.
2. Select a date and time slot
Select your check-in date and time slot and fill in your information.
Note: Each individual is limited to one slot. If the appointment system shows no available slots, appointments for that day are full. Please choose another date.
3. Arrive on time
After making an appointment, arrive at the venue according to your scheduled time slot and follow the on-site instructions from volunteers.
Key notes:
1. Arrive strictly within your appointed time slot for processing.
2. Obtain and activate a valid Chinese mainland mobile phone number in advance.
3. Purchase the designated insurance for international students in China in advance and present the relevant proof to the university upon check-in. The insurance validity period must cover your entire study period at the university.
4. Bring required materials such as the admission notice, JW/DQ form, and passport.
5. If you are unable to complete the online appointment due to device or network issues, you may contact staff on-site for assistance.
