Are part-time workers allowed to sign contracts with multiple employers?
english.shanghai.gov.cn
In China, part-time workers are legally permitted to sign contracts with multiple employers as long as their later jobs do not interfere with the performance of their earlier contracts.
According to China's Labor Contract Law, part-time employment refers to work with an average daily duration of no more than four hours per employer. Since full-time employees are limited to eight hours per day, part-time workers can legally hold multiple jobs.
However, any additional contracts must not compromise the service quality or obligations of previous contracts.
