On Dec 26, 2023, Shanghai Customs introduced new measures to boost the high-quality development of the integrated circuit industry cluster. These measures focus on empowering key players, expediting the production of critical imported products, and improving cost-effectiveness in key processes.

The pre-ruling decision is applicable to all Customs nationwide and is valid for three years.
