Our recent import of hazardous chemicals passed Customs sampling and testing, aligning with the declared characteristics and showing no non-compliance. Does this mean we are exempt from sampling inspections for the same hazardous chemical within the next year?

Considering certain imported hazardous chemicals with long-term importation, stable processes, a single supplier, and factors such as a high pass rate in inspections, chemicals that have already been tested and align with the declared information, hazard labels, and packaging levels may be exempt from repeated sampling and testing for a specific duration. Specific conditions include the same consignee or consumer unit, originating from the same country or region, the same manufacturer, having the same components, and having consistent hazardous characteristics. If Customs testing confirms no issues with hazardous characteristics, there is generally no requirement for retesting within one year.
