If you want to live, work or study in Shanghai for a year or more, you need to take a phyisical examination upon entry into China. 

Search for the WeChat public account "上海国际旅行卫生保健中心 Shanghai International Travel Healthcare Center" and click the "Online Booking 在线预约" button in the menu or use WeChat to scan the QR code below to reserve a health check.

For international visitors who are new to Shanghai and do not yet have access to WeChat, a mailbox has been set up to assist you. You can write to the customs office at shbjzx@customs.gov.cn to make an appointment.
